Old feature - Tagging people in posts

   On RDFRN when you would type

   It would send the user a private message with a link to the post that tagged them. This was a good feature and I forgot it existed until just now. I don't know how to code things in ISS but I will contact gadzooks and get his opinion.
   
   A pull will be submitted. What do you think about this idea?

   I already have an idea how this would work I was just gonna frankenstein copy paste the code from the part that controls user profiles and the search function
