   Ponzu (which I have only recently discovered) has a much more umami taste, it's less salty than soy sauce, much brighter and fresher, hard to describe, but very good.

   I just happened to pick up a bottle off of the clearance aisle at Walmart because it had been reduced in price down to .98 cents a bottle. I wish that I had bought all of them now that I've tried it, since it was such a good deal.
