How to prevent winter dandruff?

   I use Head and Shoulders year round. I'm fine until winter, whenst my scalp, lips, and hands get a good cheese-grated effect.

   Supposedly, it can actually be cured with liquid nitrogen spray, but that might make you go bald if using it on your scalp. I've heard that peppermint oil may also work.
   
   EDIT: knew this woman that was into holistic stuff, and she made some kind of soap out of shea butter that would alleviate almost any skin disorder. Never got the recipe.

   1. Apply any one of a number of skin moisturizing oils (shea, coconut, marula, etc)
   
   2. Benefit.

    1. Drink more water 2. Use the right shampoo for your scalp type, and a quality one. Maybe go to a good hair dresser who can tell you if you need something moisturizing or clarifying? 3) I’ve always loved Aveda’s Hand Releif and Foot Relief cream. 3) Don’t use Lip Balm with beeswax. I forgot what ingredients in lip balm were actually the best for you... and a lip scrub can’t hurt to get rid of the dead skin in a mild gentle way.
    
    These are my go to in winter months.
