It seems the “feeling” is that most blame trump. If he hadn’t said to chuck and Nancy that he’d shut the government down, and mantle the blame, he might not be in this deep.
Congress is doing what their constituents want. Well over 2/3rds of the American people do not want an archaic wall; I’d even go as far as to say 3/4ths don’t want it. Why should they give an inch? They are doing what the people want. Smart folks know a wall is a waste of money, and dumb people believe that the Democrats don’t want any border security. They want money for technology to help patrol the border. They need to cover our ports of entry if they wanna stop drugs from coming in.
This made up “humanitarium emergency” is to try and appease his base, but, as usual, trump opened his big mouth and fucked himself in the ass. -
