    I havn't had to change out anything in a long time. I found a balance. shit, it's a cocktail that works. I'm not high and I'm not woozy.
    
    I did discover taking multi B vitamins is helpful. and because I gave up red meat except once in a while (like tonight) some Iron works. even taking one of my girlfriends Iron vitamins because women need them from losing blood during periods. sometimes your body might lack iron needed even as a man.

    I'm not surprised someone from a city owned by blacks would be making fun of TIs. Anyway I am a TI, and he's making fun of a thread I posted, which was a legitimate complaint. Not so much about the gang stalking and being zapped, I was more complaining about not being able to trust anyone.
    
    But I still make fun of fake TIs, or the real ones that are too dumb to know how to deal with being a TI. Most don't even know they're targeted, they just notice a lot of weird stuff happening and try to ignore it.
