User Controls

A few hours ago I ate a whole large pizza and a big bowl of cereal.. but yet I still felt hungry...do u know why?

    Did you know your stomach can expand? When you start eating more and feel bloated, your expanding your stomach. When you cut back and your stomach feels funny, it's the tissue retracting.

    Obese people don't seem to realize this. Being within your BMI range is actually easier than most think it is.

    I think it has to do with insulin or something too. Plus fat.

    Eat either eggs or kippers for breakfast. Add butter if you'd like, but no bread, so zero carbs. You can easily go without food till dinner time this way.

    Nuts are a great source for protein and filling you up...nothing like a hand full of nuts and rolling those salty orbs under your tongue.
