As a result of smoking thst spice and mixing benzedrex in there so idk wtf is going on with my receptors right now, feels like my heart valves are leaking and I feel like a ripping piece of paper Medication wise I have a full bottle of abilify 15 mg so that's an antipsychotic I could use because I guess I'm psychotic, every fucking noise makes me want to break something and just being around people makes me so fucking angry. But I think abilify would be pro delerium because it's a dopamine agonist. No more favorable antipsychotics but I have buspirone which is "pretty much" an sntipsychotic Can act as dopamine agonist or antagonist sending on certain things I just want to get out of this headspace and sleep for 2 or 3 days until I hopefully get my amphetamine refill

have you not been taking opioids/opiates lately? could be some withdrawal symptoms.

Reminds me of when I had serotonin syndrome. If I remember right, this is remedied by low-dose atropine, which you really shouldn't be taking in this state of mind.
As dickish as this is, go to a hospital if you actually fear for your life. Doctors will maybe figure out what's wrong with you or at least treat the symptoms, which is good because people generally don't do well caring for themselves when they can't identify their illness, hindered especially by high doses of the drugs that caused them.
