   I have actually been surprisingly effective at this.
   
   I still have my few drinks before bed every night, but no more meth, GHB, hallucinogens, dextromethorphan hydrobromide, ketamine, crack, etc.
   
   I occasionally take a couple mg of alprazolam or clonazepam if I wake up in the middle of the night, but that's essentially taking them as they are intended, not recreationally.
   
   So yeah, it is December and I have cut virtually all recreational drugs out of my life.

   Actually, if you really were dedicated to trying to make me relapse, you'd wave opiates in my face.
   
   But my stern determination to remain opiate-free is a force that cannot be reckoned with.
   
   I don't like meth all that much, so talk of meth only makes me get like, a mild bump of desire. Like a mosquito bite, only less impactful.
   
   Crack, on the other hand, one could easily tempt me towards that if I've already had a few drinks, and they pass me that glass dick with some ammonia-cleansed crack, a huge chunk of it just nestled in that brillo.
