but if you're renting in the average trailer park? you might as well buy an old RV and park it somewhere and live for free.
Never saw the point of buying a trailer and then putting it on someone elses land..re: a trailer park. If you are going to go the trailer route buy a scrap of land to put it on so it's all yours and no landlord can't make you move it or change you $200-$300 dollars for the lot forever..(which would be about the same payment as if you were buying an acre or 3 of land..at least here in Tejas). -

I hardly say this but I agree with you 100%
You're paying for this fuckers morgage or just straight up money and he reserves the right to sell the land out from you and everyone else and you get no moneys from it.
that's what happen to the Million Dollar Trailer park up near Napa. it was on the news. the people were crying cause "Where else are we gonna be able to spend 500 a month and live in Wine Country"
I just about pissed myself laughing. until I saw the elderly and was like .. Oh yeah. it's for them. they grew up there and are being displaced. and felt bad for them. but that's how it is for most of us Californians.. not just the bay area, it's happening in LA and probably San Diego as well. we're getting pushed out if we're not Multi Millionaires. because a Million bucks in Cali is like 200k in say the midwest.
but at least with a million.. you can move to Kansas or Iowa and buy a decent farm and have money to live off of. the rest of us are still in the hole. -
