    I lived out of a Dodge Caravan before. I spent many nights parked at truck stops and highway rest areas.

    Not quite the same thing as living in a trailer park, but there are some definite commonalities.

    For the first year of my life I lived in a park. Then many years later my aunt moved into the same park, still lives there. It’s ok, not super new but it’s clean and she has a little social life with the peeps there

    Thats more important than anything else tbh. If your neighbors are awesome, you hit gold. There is nothing worse than shitty neighbors except lots of other things, but shitty neighbors is pretty bad anyway.

    If you owned a double wide trailer on a piece of land you owned.. and fixed it up. it basicly would be like living in a prefab house. not too bad.

    but if you're renting in the average trailer park? you might as well buy an old RV and park it somewhere and live for free.
