The old woman was terribly depressed. She had just buried her best friend. Her husband has been gone almost a decade. Her children all lived out of town and usually only called on Christmas and her birthday. Her income was only social security. Her health had been an issue for years.
She decided to end her life and looked up on her computer for the easiest way to do it. One of the better ways that appealed to her was to shoot herself in the heart. Relatively painless and quick and she had the means. The article pointed out that her heart was directly behind her left chest.
She got her husband's old revolver out of the nightstand, checked that it was loaded and pulled the trigger.
She was admitted to the emergency room with a gunshot wound to her left knee.

This might help, fatty:
"Achieving this state (ketosis) isn’t easy: You’ll need to severely minimize your intake of carbohydrates, eating no more than 20 to 50 grams (g) of carbs per day to get there and stay there. A single medium pear, for example, contains 26 g of carbs, and even foods that aren’t generally considered high in carbs — such as nuts and nonstarchy veggies — contain a small amount of carbohydrates, and so will need to be limited or avoided on this plan."
