She's an adult minor. seems the word Nigger is enough to cause some reason for his act because it's nto just a word. it's traumatizing to blacks who were taught the word is a history of keeping them down. it's not just some word like "Fuck you you piece of shit". I'm not saying it warrents this level in this day and age. I'm neutral on it going to this level. I can kind of see why it triggered but the race card thing is getting old. Unless you're being killed by a cop cause he hates blacks.
it is what society has built it up to be. It is a shitty word but from the past few decades this word is in fact a hate crime to use during an angry moment. But like I said, in a no fault state (Like California.. meaning it starts at 50/50 on the scale and leans left or right depending on what is laid out on the court tables) this might get him off from being charged with assault. now, there is such a thing called Adult-Minor (Minor-Adult?). age 18-20 in the USA. she's an adult but still a minor when it comes to drinking. it's like you're not even legally an adult at 18 if still in high-school until you graduate the year you were supposed to or until the end of that year (meaning if you're held over an additional year, you still become a legal adult after your scheduled year of graduation is up starting from k-12)
parents are responsible for kids at 18 financially until they graduate high-school (I just learned this through California law FL100-160). she is 19 and shouldn't of been at that party bus. so they could be charged for contributing to a minor, but I doubt it, since probably no cops took a BAC level?
also it wouldn't be the player. it would be the Driver of the bus and the people who set up the party. which might be the hotel.
the hotel will probably get into financial legal trouble for having an underage drinker in the hotel where the hotel security should of removed her.
this guy will just say "She called me a fucking nigger and it caused emotional stress on me" and could in fact counter sue the girl.
