I have took this many times with no issue I think you need to build up tolerance and of course eat and drink enough fluids but there has only been a few deaths reported usually by some dumb kid who took a handful of pills on an empty stomach and danced around like a retard for hours. It can cause seizures in high doses but mild seizures are actually fun If you ain't convulsing on the ground and drooling then u don't know how to trip like a fucking man

Maybe if another brand existed that was stronger than 30mg pills people wouldn't risk abusing cold and allergy medicine and die from it but the risk is so low that nobody gives a fuck.
