Boxy "Wish it was Frank Lloyed Wright" style architechs of 4-6 floor office buildings or these all glass structures and looking like swiss furniture from Ikea.

Why not stick to the old theme. You can build a tall Architechual style building and still make it look Bavarian on the upper and out edges of the structure.

Or though San Francisco has little history of only 150 years (plus 300 year old Spanish colonial) of say Queen Anne or Victorian.. why not make the fucking new Office look like this

instead of this awkward looking fuck

OK it's kind of cool looking but once in a while stick to the theme of older shit

same for say New England and their Colonial structures.. why not make office buildings that reflect historic?

England is well known for eclectic structures.. maybe they set the theme?

I want to disassemble a home in San Francisco (A really authentic Victorian home) and have it rebuilt in the mountains of California away from all these assholes moving in.

-discuss if you're facinated with architechual shit.

    Make this happen

I bet with flexible and lighter materials it could be done. that are stronger than steel. Like the new wood beams replacing steel. they're panels glued together that rotate back and forth to make one solid piece.

Over Rated Row Houses of San Francisco. right up the street from these

Is this bad ass looking thing.

But a better set of row houses is out near the Pan Handle right in the Haight, on Waller. they're far more ornate IMHO

They're already planning this. problem is fires. how do they save people. Smoke rises and people in tall buildings can run downstairs away from choking smoke. but they would need a system to vacuum smoke upwards?

if we made everything out of concrete it could work I suppose. concrete furnishings?

flood pumps working round the clock. most of it would have to be made of concrete and everything owned would have to be fire resistant. sprinkler system.. flooding wont be a problem, they have ways to reflect sunlight inside mirror tubing so that an actual park with trees can exist in an underground environment. so people would have a green area to play with their kids.

building upward makes more sense. 200-300 floor buildings are going to happen. Dubai it is happening right now. the building they're making is going to be nearly twice as tall as their Dubai Tower. this one is going to be about half a mile high. America can do better. Maybe not San Francisco but Chicago, LA, NYC.. But San Francisco can build a 2000 foot tall tower. especially if they did it on one of the hills that is granet. strong anchoring just rip out a few blocks of ugly structures and there ya go

People could run downstairs below the fires. people in 9/11 WTC said once they got below the floors on fire, the floors underneath had lights on (backups Generation) and cooler. it wasn't uncomfortable to be below the floors

a concrete saferoom with air being pumped into it, with a rotating glass door to allow people into the room to wait it out. concrete. built into the concrete core frame. huge sprinkler system with not just water but C02 or what.. ? baking-soda or salt works good doesn't it? this one guy on the News has invented a new liquid that extinguishes fires in half the time and everything is cool to the touch. but the state of California won't buy his product (contracts or something keeping them from doing so.. it has to be passed by something similar to FDA? it's pretty retarded.. looks promising. shit like this is needed to build basement or cellar dwelling units to keep them safe. and like i said.. lots of concrete or safe rooms with air-vents. You could build 200 stories up and 100 stories down. basements could be used for office and stores. sunlight can be reflected downward with newer technology along with artificial? you want sunlight.. go to the ground floor and take a fucking walk. but it would solve the over population problem.

even though I do this rideshare shit.. We really need to get cars the fuck off the highway. Yesterdays Holiday shoppers were stressing me out.

"Power goes out" We need to be off grid or have a separate grid with the power grid system. redundancy and restrict the materials that currently exist that are toxic and burn easily in offices and apartments. Pie in the Sky or reality today?
