It is largely thought that Autism is borne from a gene that came from the Neanderthals due to interspecies relationships in Europe. Many Europeans still carry the gene, and it's why Autism is considerably more prevalent in Europeans than anyone else. This gene is actually a talking point for white supremacists, because it is largely thought that the Neanderthals were more intelligent (but less creative and social) than homo sapiens.
Asians have thicker eyelids that protect the eyes from wind, and are more immune to developing cancer from smoking than other races. Africans are more prone to developing cancer, AND getting addicted to nicotine. They actually absorb more nicotine per cigarette than other races. They also have an easier time building different types of muscles which are better suited for stuff like sprinting and basketball and other fast movement sports, as well as more enzymes which aid in ATP production.
Those from the Americas did not evolve drinking alcohol, so they metabolize it differently than white people. But on the other hand, redheads are more tolerant to alcohol and thus need to drink more. (They're also more tolerant to pain.)
Kind of the same evolutionary idea that makes native Americans and some Asians unable to handle lactose very well. The jedis seem to be some of the only people getting Tay-Sachs. Europeans have most people with cystic fibrosis. Actually Europeans have a shit ton of diseases that they are more prone to than other races. There are even race based drugs that work significantly better on some races. Shit like BiDil is ONLY prescribed for Africans, because it doesn't seem to work half as well for any other races.
That said, the difference between races is pretty small on the large scale. Nazis have more genetics in common with sub-saharan africans than a labrador does with a golden retriever. There are differences that matter, but not enough for us to even have even lowest taxonomical difference between us. It's basically just regional variation with different colors, like you might see in many birds. The genetic difference between humans is about 0.01% rounded up. The difference between chimpanzees and the bonobo subspecies is 1.2%, and the difference between chimps/bonobos and humans is about the same. But the difference between races is still not superficial.

What is your point of reference for determining genetic qualities as equal or unequal? It seems to me that you have offered a sketch of various evolutionary traits which are either advantageous or not, which ultimately rely on circumstances exterior to genetics to determine their utility or detriment, rather than illustrating how one development is inherently superior to another.

Mostly I was writing this in response to the people who think that all races are equal in all ways, which they are not. There are a lot of people who would deny science in the name of social justice, and that's scary as shit. You should never deny science. The complexity of the human genome is too much to be able to declare one race as overall superior. There are only certain ways in which certain people of certain races are superior.

Everything breaks down if you bring it down to inherent superiority, and inherent superiority doesn't matter. The point, and only meaningful way to frame the subject is, what is rpaftically superior in our present day environment. And I think we can all agree Indian tech support genes are en vogue right now.
