   Anyone got any experience with this supplement? It's a little like tumeric. I started taking this recently, and definitely notice a difference.

   Berberine is a chemical found in several plants including European barberry, goldenseal, goldthread, Oregon grape, phellodendron, and tree turmeric. 
   
   Berberine is most commonly taken by mouth for diabetes, high cholesterol, and high blood pressure.

   Just by my hunger levels. I don't feel very hungry right now.
   
   I have a blood sugar monitor, the same thing diabetics use, but it hurts!

   Is it expensive stuff? I was selling some weight loss supplements(xls) on eBay a couple of months ago and that shit was expensive shit. Worked out around £2 per tablet/sachet. That's not far off four of your yankie dollars.

    No, it's cheap, about £10 for 90 capsules on ebay.
    
    I take turmeric as well, it's supposed to be anti-cancer, plus "Ultra Man" from Holland and Barrett.
    
    They're all fairly affordable.
