   You don't have to propose. Everybody has the power to create laws, so I'm putting this into effect now. Law 7. Is it something you have to do every time with every partner, once every partner, or is it more like a general license to fuck?

    That definition is very broad for legislative purposes. If any substances of any kind are made illegal, I will defer to you on whether or not it is a poison.

    I didn't give the exact specific definition but it's a poison if it causes damage by a chemical reaction in the body of the person that ingests it.
    
    I would just use the US definition because it's the global standard.
