   I haven't played GTA IV in years probably, but recently I keep thinking about wanting to drive some of the cars in that game around Manhattan. Pretty much since I bought my new car, I think they have a Civic a few model years before mine.

   i used the cheatcodes to recreate hell rider.
   
   theres an invincible vehicle code you can punch in and if you get into a vehicle after that vehicle blew up but before the fire went out, it will stay that way. and then i used gameshark to trigger sideway gravity to ride on the side of buildings.
