Well I would like to mutulate whoever fucked up this kid when he was little.
He looked happier when he had a dick, but he doesn’t really look happy in any of the photos. He looks detached (no pun intended)
I’m certain he won’t live past 30 -

I'm not going to fervently disagree, because I see where you're coming from, but are we sure that's always the case?
Maybe some people just have fucked up predilections a priori, and that's that. Is it our place to judge?

I’m confident, I’m right in this case. Not because it’s the logical thing to assume, but because that is what I “pick up” from him, very strongly.

Let's disagree to disagree. The boy made his choice and like I said the fact that he posted it online for the world to see would indicate to me that he wasn't ashamed of it and wasn't regretful of it. Maybe he WILL be, but as it stands, we must assume he's ok. If he was feeling regrets, he would've stopped at his ballsack, but he marched forward.
He's happy until proven otherwise.

He has never known what true happiness is, cutting off parts isn’t going to remove that conflict in his soul he feels. But maybe the control he felt in that moment and the praise and attention he has received since then will give him a false sense of responsibility ... to act happier. -

How do you know? If you can't know if he's happy unless he's in your presence, how can you claim to know he's unhappy or hasn't know 'true happiness?'
Based on the evidence, it stands to reason he was happy, and did a procedure to make himself happier yet.
