do any of you have forearm pain?

  1. #1
i'm just asking because my forearms have hurt for fucking forever and lately since i've been working full time again the tendons have got all tight and achy and shit again and it sucks. i have this habit where i grip everything extremely tight, like when doing dishes or writing, which aggravates it. it started when i started weightlifting a long ass time ago so i always figured the tendons were kind of damaged from that and tried to avoid fucking with them to make it better.

well, i just found out yesterday that it wasn't actually damage but just tightness. i massaged the fuck out of my forearms like this faggot does in this video and now i can grip as tight as i want with no pain. i'm just posting this here because maybe one or some of you have the same problem and this shit is a fucking godsend. anyways, without further adieu

Sometimes it happens to me too, when I have to write long reports etc.
I use voltaren gel and then I keep it wrap it with an elastic bandages for some hours. It works very well.

u should do the massage. it feels dank as fuck and doesn't take that long. i massaged out an entire lifetime of tension in like 40 minutes last night.

Yes, I do. When I put the gel I massage. But honestly, the bandage is fantastic. Idk, it helps compress or smth, but it works for me.

I got tongue pain. My teeth are so fucked that every time I eat I bite down at least once down on my tongue. I'm thinking about removing them soon. Can I borrow some pliers from someone?

Stretching is your friend. It gets worse as you age if you don’t stay limber and loose.

Repetitive hand squeezing can lead to carpal tunnel.

Drink plenty of fluids and consume foods rich in vitamin d. (Anti inflammatory) or take vitamin d (not dick)

A compression sock on your willy can help too.

I have this strap I put on my forearm with a little ball in it...it works pretty well, if my tennis elbow acts up.

Damn...I’m gonna be talkin about my arthritis and bursitis in no time 😢

Ive always considered Archer a Cupid murderer but I may have had a jaded opinion about the concept unless the ankle bracelet was on the correct side.

but yeah stretching is fundamental (just ask lindsay)

I've been going to a chiro often and on since july and I don't know if its complete quackery but it makes me feel better, I actually have a herniated disc in my lower back and for the most part its alright but back in july before the chiro it would totally lock up and my back would spasm, one of the worst pains I've ever felt besides that of a broken heart.

Thats weird you mention that I was hanging with a friend earlier and I was like "what the hell is that on your arm?" never seen one of those before but he calls it golf elbow which I don't think is a real thing I think he was just jacking with me.

Alcohol is a great muscle relaxant. Back when I used to drink I felt no physical pain at all, only emotional pain.
