You arent a sociopath. At least not a natural one. Perhaps you have walled your emotional self off from the world because of drug use and that wall has truly stunted your emotional growth. Realistically you are just a drug addict who has deluded himself into thinking that he is a sociopath therefore putting yourself in a special snowflake category therefore makeing you no better than faggots and genderliquidqueerlesbos. I myself thought I was a sociopath for some time until I realized I was just fucked up. Once you let go of the monikers you break free of a lot of the bullshit that puts you in the box.
