There are other things that make me happier but these directly release dopamine, the beta chemical.

Making money. Especially when I have some plan from the beginning, and then some hours later it works out exactly like I planned, or sometimes even better. Then some more dopamine when I come home and start feeding 100 dollar bills to the wife, the cars, the electricity company, modem, phones, etc.
