There was a house on the market that I was interested in possibly buying so I called the realtor of record but could never get a response?
Being determined, I went to the county courthouse and began researching the records there.
Finally, in the Assessor's office I was able to back-track through several references for various persons until I eventually located the name, phone number, and home address of the person who pays the actual land taxes on the property.
Armed with knowledge, I called the out-of-state phone number I had secured, got a recorded message, left a message of my own -- and waited?
Eighteen months later a vehicle arrived at the house I was interested in and a man and woman emerged from the vehicle, went into the house.
Exiting a short time later, the man went to the roadside, removed a realtor sign, and replaced it with a sign: For Sale By Owner.
The woman approached me and we began a discussion about the house. The woman said I had never heard anything back from my phone call was because her house listing at the Assessor's office was reversed with the house next door to her.
If one is patient all things will eventually come to rights? -

I got a lot between reddit and here.
But something is very strange in the world right now. I figured it's just me. not that I never recogniZed everyone has issues. but WOW the world is sliding. it really is.
dig in! it's going to be one hell of a show in the next 12 years. by 2030 I think the herd is thinned because the Jobs are lost. or the USA becomes as violent as say Brazil's worst regions -
