   These are called "Zero lot line units" these are unique because not a lot of developers create these split dwellings on a zero lot line. this is why they're called Duplex yet they may or may not show a separation in lots line
   
   they have some in San Francisco but these duplex "single lot line" became a fad in the 1970s and 1980s as well out here in California.

   And you're right.. they didn't rezone it. it still looks the same today, on a "Zero lot line" which is two seperate properties but the buildings are either ajoined or inches apart with a molding piece which makes them look as one solid piece. In San Francisco, the "Row Houses" are like this. they look like Townhouses built into one building but are actually seperated by inches from each other. Makes it difficult to do anything from the outside, to paint the siding, the wall has to be ripped out from inside and painted and then bolted back into place since there is no room to do work from the outside.

   How it was explained to me was simply buy some grid paper and write names (user names) first, vertically. and then on top write location, occupation, age and extend your interest from there. usually start of slowly with a few things regarding the persons PI (personal info)
   
   then wait a few days, then write down the names again and add more "Things of interest" where you last put age, occupation, location such as Real Name (which last names is usually the last thing you'l slowly extrapolate from them) other family member names. things they're interested in.
   
   Someone told me this creepy shit. this is apart of gangstalk. Get cute girls to approach the person of interest (POI) and simply start of with the girls (or guys if it's a woman or a gay or 71 of the various gender specs of facebook) once you find who they are, the gangstalk (of whatever interest it is) begins.
   
   then go on forums and SLAM! their shit is everywhere. it's a horrible game. I wouldn't bother with it on anyone. I only know it's a patient game or you have to get a group to pull info on your target if you're into this fucked up shit.
