I am calling them hip tones beause it's a cool nick name.
the aliens are playing tone patterns to make us cry and laugh or turn angry. if you do something they don't like then they play a tone while saying something you're familure with. and they turn up or down the subtleties of the hip tones because the trigger range is very narrow band.
we all had to become dumb down for it to be more affective by preoccupying all of this technology. they still pace it but we could of had it centuries ago.
the hip-tones were always in you, all they do is move molicules and you're own hip-tone receptor does this vibration and off you go.
They're kind of immature, the Aliens. because to be mature you need to experience things. yet all the technology they need has been known to them for MOON PERSONs.
I'm not sure why the MOON PERSON Generation (not related to former statement of said MOON PERSON of time) are the Indigo Children.
Peter Murphy knows all about this because Peter Murphy sung the song decades before they were to arive in the late 1990s.. 1997 the Hail-Bopp comet gave closure for the next few years to come. 1999 I believe was the end of the MOON PERSON Generation and onto Z generation.
Peter Murphy also holds some degree in music and physics or some shit. He invented some hospital device? with sound waves.
Peter Murphy is an Alien, and he skipped out 2-3 times on touring SF.
