Raider Nation is now a large triangle drawing from Oakland to La onto Vegas.
I'm curious if they will move the HQ to Vegas or leave the training field out here for some time.
I'm not a big football fan but I know a lot of people are upset by this move.
A's will be next to go right after the Warriors move across the bay to their new chase stadium next year. Apparently (This is the latest I heard of why) the team was delayed for another year to 2019 because a mother at UCSF is complaining that it will cause gridlock for the new Hospital which currently is for new mothers and children while the old Parnasus 7 miles away near Golden Gate Park is for the rest of the sick. (Old dudes that don't matter) and umm understandably so. Ambulances have to go a mile out of their way to get people into the hospital from 7th while 3rd street will be a major cockblock with the Giants Stadium and Chase Stadium overlapping seasons while women are trying to rush to UCSF to give birth.
and who thought it was a good idea to put the Niners down in Santa Clara. how is this related? the train station to the south bay currently runs off of 5th (2 blocks from the 3rd street bridge and king street where the Giants ATT park is.
and now they're building high density apartments and mix business with the new Downtown only 6 blocks away.

For whatever reason I'm a Bears fan.. pfffff. Really liked Urlacher and was happy to see Peppers line up.
I'm not really team-bound, though. I'm more into individual players. Raiders are dope, though. We used to rep their colors here on the street. The Las Vegas move was retarded, though. I hate when teams move. That would never fly here. My football team (soccer) has been here since 1893.
