HEMP,, hi in cbd's and low in thc sells for good $$$ if you get the oil out of the buds they sell for $3000 to $5000 a pound,, it takes about 3 to 5 lbs of bud to get a pound of oil...

anyone else growin hemp yet?

and I dont have an extraction plan yet but we do have a Co. buying and extracting oil here in the state

cuz they only allow 2 mature plants at a time here and the gov is still trying to figure out how to open the state up to recreational sales and growing, but hemp is wide open and it gets my foot in the door for when they open up to recreational sales and growing for dispensary

I feel like the whole cannabis industry is going be insanely competitive. Not only will people start growing for personal use but massive corporate growers are going to start up. Industrial scale shit along with everyone and their grandma thinking they're going to get rich.

Just off the top of my head from lab experience:
Cryomilling of bulk plant matter > Homogenize milled plant matter in liquid solvent several times > enhancement/Aliquot > Distill/Evaporate > ??? > Profit!!

Yeah, okay, it's not exactly cost effective but it's a more refined and professional than whatever smelly faggot hippy technique most folk are doing. I suppose you could use butane if it's cheaper than say ethanol, methanol, isopropyl alcohol, ethyl acetate, etc... But I don't know how much more effective butane would be compared with those.

it will be,, but we have a few years before it goes down and if a crazy fucker gets off his ass and goes big fast he may have 3 to 5 years to get ahead before the market flops dew to over growing the product.

I'm hunting farmers with land that are willing to grow 1000 plants each on a 50/50 situation with me providing starts and half the labor,, if I can get 5000 to 10000 plants in the ground I should be able to get a grant from the state of VT to purchase an extraction unit then instead of getting 100 a lb for the bud i'll get over 700 a lb by extracting and selling the oil's myself.

2500 lbs of dried cbd buds will bring $300000 but if you have the $315000.00 extraction unit itl turn the 300000 into 1,500,000.00,, thats 5 times the $$$ for the investment

I laughed at every challenge those god damn mushrooms threw at me but when you add the challenge of trying to get the chefs lined up along with mushrooms that want to be ready on the wrong day and the truck blowin up and the heat killin 5 weeks of substrait and eatin chicken and god damn RICE every god damn night for 99 days it starts to get hard to laugh at..

we did break even tho.. but HEMP is POT and me n POT have been workin together for over 45 years
