No it isn't...it's not the vehicle at all, the contact of body parts, fluids etc is the vehicle...Sexually Transmitted a descriptor used to detail how a disease is spread...the process involved, re: usually transmitted...OR COMMUNICATED...by having sexual contact (the vehicle).
In this context transmitted and communicable are the same thing thing dumb dumb
