I was thinking of buy silver coins. Metal deals wont take debit for bullion but they will take it on other coins.

Everywhere online is a bitch to use but it can be done. Converting to actual cash can be difficult though and getting the specific amount off them can be hard. You can "donate" to an account you control then load it to your bank account.
Also can load some accounts with them or buy other cards.

Dark net markets had people that would convert them to bitcoin last time I was there
They usually charge anywhere from 10-25% though

Yes. Amazon does. I also may be able to buy Amazon gift cards with them...but I know some retailers only accept cash.

Online casinis maybe. Good idea.
Most stores only allow it to go back onto the card.
