Ensign §m£ÂgØL. I used to think that being an ExPat was like borderline treason but it's not.
If you can live better in a country (hopefully that isn't as fucked up as the USA has become) then go do it.
Philippines and Latin America are probably the best place to live better off your savings.

But unless you have lots of money and can live in a gated community.. don't chose Brazil. I'm sure Rio is pretty but Sau Pau (or however it's spelled) is kind of scarey. people get shot... lots! Do you speak Tagalog or Portuguese or Spanish?
