    Jordon walks into Walmart with an empty backpack and begins shopping for school supplies. Jamal walks in to the same store and begins grabbing expensive electronics, goes up behind Jordon and secretly, unzips and stuffs the electronics into Jordons backpack. Jamal the buys some cheap alcohol and leaves.

    LP observes all of this from video surveillance.

    After Jordon pays for his school supplies and begins to walk out of the store, and after LP stops him, will LP and the police have enough to arrest Jordon?

    Keep in mind that Jordon is an innocent school boy that didn't know Jamal stuffed his bag full of merchandise.

    Good question. On one hand, is say no, Jordin couldn't be prosecuted, and agree with nil that Tyrone would be the one getting in trouble. On the other hand, Tyrone could say it was just a prank, and Jordon could still act none the wiser. Either way, Tyrone didn't commit shoplifting and Jordon did without knowing. So if you get away with it, you're good, and if not, I think there's a plausible deniability case from both people.
