Anyone pulled what Silverstein did with his sudden purchase of Property Insurance (which included Plane Attacks) on the WTC during the months he was negotiating and didn't take physical ownership of the building until like 2 weeks prior to the attack, with the Insurance on the buildings to end shortly after that. Anyone did this with a life insurance policy out on their fiance to become Wife who suddenly dies, or purchasing a racehorse and it dies just a few wekes prior to the insurance ending because it was drugged, or a car they havn't picked up yet in case someone slams into it and the loan on this expensive car just goes through and gets smashed.
Anything like this would have a serious insurance investigation and inquiry (On the average civilian) and most likely you would be under investigation by authorities as wellm for fraud based on circumstantial evidence that people literally go to Prison for. No real evidence.. just "What the fuck are the fucking odds?" any average American would be fucked or just not paid and be challenged to go to arbitrary and lose then be investigated for insurance fraud which would lead to the person getting caught for lying eventually.

I recorded several small WWII era planes doing acrobatic stunts.. I POSTED THE VIDEO BEFORE
17 years ago today. And a Police officer radio it into dispatch (according to the dispatch when I called 9-1-1 that day)
this was pre-anthrax in the week prior? when they said "watch out for small planes that might be highjacked and culd be filled with fuel or even biological chemicals" they literally said this before the Snail-Mail Anthrax Attacks.
and here are planes doing these fucking loopty loops above our house and dive bombing style flights.
No one was allowed to fly those few days after 9.11 it was closed to all private and most commercial flights. with the exception of a few given permission (Bin Laden Family for one.. The Fuck?)
