   Apparently his requires social networks, etc to create bots to vet material for copyright.
   
   It is a directive, which means that it must be transposed into law in each state, so details still need to be sorted out, but it's a pretty scummy law mostly pushed in by publishers and big businesses in France, who have missed out on the internet boom.
