What's the name of that park again where they found like 80 bodies in the last 30 years? They sealed parts off with concrete blocks, bu all that did was make parts inaccessible to vehicles so now everything beyond those points is dilapidated and overgrown and has a +2 to base creepiness.
Somewhat recently a nigger got murdered and thrown down a well/sewer in there. The city around it is like a ghetto as well.
