Wouldn't the original &T be considered totally illegal at this point?
Like I'm sure it had fed or law enforcement attention from the jump but now hosting txt files about bombs and revolution and shit is considered like conspiracy to be terrorist or somethin and would be shut down ASAP

None of you except for I and Totse2001 are in the position to rebuild the Temple.
As for the task, it would require a few things.
One, we would need to safeproof it from CIA niggers who would try to subvert, take over and or cause any issues to the site owners and staff, this would require protection from high level hackers and people who understand legalese.
Second, it wouldn't be totse without the knowledge database aspect and with that I suggest merging a wiki to the site like what hydrogen audio does, instead of merely building that into the main site itself.
The community should be very proud free speech but there should be limitations such as banning people who talk about actual crimes they plan to coit or have that way the FBI twinkle fairies don't get involved.
Thridly I should be made an honorary administrator and Temple God, whom you shall all worship on a daily basis.
