MIDI keyboard advice needed

   I'm thinking of buying a keyboard for practicing and making music but it needs to be portable enough to fit inside a library cubicle.
   Should I go with a 25 key keyboard or a 36?
   I'm looking at this on jedimazon (I'll buy it at guitar center)

   I can't recommend anything that doesn't have a full size keyboard...anything else is a toy.
