It's basically like tinder or uber, except more like local bit coins.
You register and confirm your identity, then put in your location, and what you want.
Like a sex, drugs, bitcoin, or whatever. Then people can answer just like uber, and you accept, same general idea.
Then you complete a review, same as uber.

I mean, with tor marketplaces business is possible because the post is a third party and it's very difficult to trace a package with only a rough shipping date. in this case delivery would presumeably be done in person, so it'd be easy for them to open an ad requesting drugs or sex then arrest the seller when they turn up

On topic: yeah, this is good idea, but police would use it and come to your haus. It would be necessary to video chat with someone and have them do something illegal first like not pay their taxes on camera
Although this wouldn't work becous cops would set up accounts and shill themselves up to high degree stateus
