Only A Certain # of Requests Allowed Per IP #2

   Second thread about this because I'm not sure what the issue is.
   
   Okay, so after say 5 requests, I get an error. So I reboot my prepaid phone and I get 5 more requests, regardless of time.
   
   I built a program that does 5 requests, sleeps for just over and hour and the requests again but I get an error. I don't get the error if I reboot my phone and run the program, regardless of time. Also, the cookie is the same.
   
   So I am limited to 5 requests, but no real time restraint.
   
   Could it just be that my IP is changing on each reboot?

   Is it just one server or any 5 requests will do it?
   
   I think you'd end up with the same IP when restarting your phone (not really "your" IP, but the one external servers will see) but it wouldn't be hard to test.

   Its 5 specific requests. Each request can be slightly different, but it gives the error after I check 5. They are GET requests. Just one.

   Just altered the program to use proxies and some worked fine.
   
   I don't use proxies much because they generally run like shit.
   
   What are my options?
   
   Can I pay for working proxies?

   Update: I set up the program to use proxies and it works but I think there may be a 24 hour timeout after 5 requests. I also set up the program to test the proxies.
   
   What's the best place to buy preium proxies in bulk?
   
   I need 1000's.

   Fuck, they changed it again and its an even lower count now. But I built my program so that it can download proxy lists that are updated regularly.

    Running some kind of auto-scan service? You can use the shodan api you know. Or you could clone AutoSploit, get a censys and shodan api key and get a free stolen premium api key for ZoomEye, courtesy of yours truly.
