2018-08-14 at 9:45 PM UTCDo these types have more issues? Like, is it possible to just be obese without any other issues?
I always figured that they must be depressed and stressed, ans live shitty inactive lives that they regret. Like they grow up fat and have no fun and then are depressed about it later in life.
Are these types in a shitty downward cycle that creates pressure on themselves ultimately resulting in them overeating as some type of sick and twisted venting process?
Gross. -

Yes, essentially.
I grew up fat, then obese, then skinny, then fat and now technically obese again.
Being fat changes your hormones, and causes you to eat more. Also being heavier saps your energy, and makes it harder to move around.
You have way more energy when you are skinny than when you are fat. Also you don't have the massive drops in blood sugar, which is why some fat people seem to hit a wall and have no energy after a very short while.
TLDR: it is important not to discount the very real problems obese people face. When you are obese you get hungrier than a skinny person could ever understand, and experience far sharper drops in energy as a result than could possibly be normal.
Obesity is curable by constant work and conditioning however. Even type 2 diabetes is curable with sustained low carb dieting. -
2018-08-16 at 7:35 PM UTC^Then why aren't you all trying?
Seems like everyone is trying at everything except caring for themselves.
Im basically the opposite.
I just don't know why... -

No low carbing is still managing diabetes.
Curing diabetes would mean you could eat carbs and your body would behave like that of a non diabetic. -

Exactly. Tired of these "I cured my diabetes" bullshit blogs that you see flying around...."erm no you didn't...you are managing it" -

Well no, no diet that only lasts for 3 or 4 months is any good, healthy eating is a lifestyle change forever...eating salad for 8 weeks and then going back to 6000 cals of hamburgers and chocolate wont help at all, in fact it will do more damage as it fucks with your metabolism when you go from one extreme to the other over and over...
That's the mistake most fatties make, they think a diet is a temporary thing..it's not, its a forever thing. -

Again they don't...the key to good diabetes management is again...good management and not extremes....a "crash" diet is an extreme and WILL fuck with your blood sugar levels as well as your metabolism overall. -
2018-08-17 at 2:55 AM UTCI just don't get it. In the US it's 70% of all adults.
