   This incident took place about over a year ago now, I no longer associate with the person I harmed but it still brings me guilt and I'm unsure what to do.
   
   I'll keep it brief. I spent a year in university halls, good mix of guys and girls. One night I was feeling particularly perverted and snuck into the kitchen when no one was around. Grabbing one girl's yoghurt pot, I jerked off into it and put it back. At the time I justified it as "oh it's barely full, she'll throw it away" but I find myself wracked with guilt and disgust at my prior actions.
   
   Since then I've changed my ways, I'm no longer acting out in similar perverted ways and have even joined my nearest Sex Addicts Anonymous fellowship to talk to people with similar compulsions. Even so, I can't help but feel like a fraud in the present climate to everyone i know - that I am just as bad as the abusers in Hollywood and should be struck down.
   
   She doesn't know this, and I don't even know if she ingested it. I just can't live with myself knowing that what I did was tantamount to sexual assault and now I'm uncertain of what to do. Do I report myself? Tell her and apologise sincerely? For context, this is the only incident of its kind and I didn't know her that well then so we're not in contact. I know that what I did was wrong and disgusting and should never have been done. Just unsure how to come with terms with what I did or what I can do now.
