   After it's fully legal? I guess not, right? Then someone could place a small bag of marijuana in the nearby area where a large brick of cocaine for example is hidden.

   The fact that marijuana may become legal doesnt negate the fact that coke is not legal. They would probably be on the lookout for this exact kind of tomfoolery.

   It will be illegal for them to do this and there are already dogs in the process of being trained, a lot of dogs have gotten moved around and such too because they can't legally use them. It's like having a dog that sniffs for tobacco. It's not probable cause and if they use that as an excuse their asses will be on the line. Maybe individual cops don't care, but the departments have to look good.
