Just three steaks a day, aprox 300 grams each from memory with lots of salt. Some days I snack on beef jerky, no carbs at all in anything. Lots of fat in the steak.
Yes lots of water -- 6 litres a day minimum. Started drinking carbonated water in past 2 days coz I miss soda. -

How do I know when to stop? I was originally gonna do this for a month, but my heart is beating really hard and fast. Googled it -- they're heart palpatations. I don't like the sound of that shit lmao.
This is a whole week. Might do this for 1 more week, then add fruit and vegetables to my diet. Maybe for lunch, instead of steak, a salad and some fruit? And some salmon? -

You should add in some whole grains. I've ate many servings everyday for years and I recently cut back on sodium. I feel good.
Whole grains, lean souces of proteins, vegetables and fruit, and cardio are worth it. Don't smoke, don't drink soda, stay at the lower end of your BMI range, minimize stress by venting onto the world, take profitable risks and blow the money on fun...
