    I met a cute girl at my aunt's house, she's about my age, attractive, just perfect. We talked a lot, and I was really into her, but I didn't know what to do next, I didn't even know if she was single (she is, and is afraid of being left on the shelf).

    She did that whole hesitating thing girls do when she was leaving, when they expect you to make a move.

    Should I have asked for her number or something? Should I ask? What is the best thing to do now?

    You should have done the grab test first and get her attention. Lol.

    I would see if she's interested before planning anything - if she's receptive you'll probably get to talking before you end up meeting anyway, it'll give you a better idea of what she's into so you can plan around that.

    sending a text message is less pressure than calling her direct, more likely to get a good response if she's a shy or anxious type

    Nah...even if she picks the activity it may screw up if you don't like it...so just go for coffee and see how it goes. If and when she shows up decide together then and do something simple without being boring. I wouldn't meet at your Aunt's place...still good your Aunt may like her or that there's already a connection. Don't wear a kilt...not on the first date.

    You're killing me Bro...I feel for you. Lol. Don't make it sound like you're taking her to the UN...relax. Just be honest...tell her you forgot to give her your number and was wondering if she would like to go out for coffee. Pretty safe...you'll know right away. I'm assuming you did talk to her and there was at least a bit of interest.
