2018-08-02 at 4:35 PM UTCNot good enough Matt...I feel no heat. You do however and I know your ass is burning from sitting on the hot seat. When a woman seeks a restraining order against someone she is well aware why she's requesting it and not confused. Especially if it's out of state and serious. Since you are mentally ill we can assume violence was involved and you lost control. When receiving the RS you also fully understand why it was issued so quit playing dumb and answer the question. You're good at making threads about others filled with BS and yet afraid to answer one question. Like I said...you're a danger to women and a sick fuck.
So why did you get the restraining order. -

Restraining orders are given out pretty liberally...anyone can make a claim and take one out..it doesn't usually require a lot of proof...often there isn't any other than the persons word.
I'm sure you've come across women in your life that make all kinds of baseless claims about you or others...It's what they do. Kitty got claws etc. -
2018-08-02 at 4:54 PM UTCI got a restraining order for lookin at a cunts tires

2018-08-02 at 4:57 PM UTCOut of state it gets harder...different jurisdiction and rules. There are also penalities for lying and yet Matt said that Boss was confused what it was for. BS...he's insane and proves it every day...STFU or tell the truth.

True...however Matt is insane and his answers make him guilty while bashing others...he can't even say why it was issued. -

Not true
You can likely get a temporary protective order, called an ex parte order, very quickly by filling out a complaint.
This order can last up to 10 days, after which you will need to go to court to seek a permanent order.
To obtain a permanent protective order, you will need to show the person committed one of the following:
An act of domestic violence
Nonconsensual sexual conduct
Stalking
This proof must be presented during a court hearing before any judge will issue an RO. It’s taken seriously because it’ll come up during a CORI
RO’s aren’t issued without solid evidence of one of the above violations -

Personally witnessed examples:
1. Friend #1 who's crazy ex was pissed at him for having a new girlfriend showed up at his house and had a shouting match outside...he got in his car to leave...she jumped on the hood, fell off, got a restraining order against him and said he beat her up...charges dropped after eye witnesses recounted the actual events...restraining order was issued though.
2. Friend number 2...again his crazy ex wife who he had cheated on...they'd been separated for 6 months...she invited him over to reconcile...had sex...she went to the cops the next day and said he raped her (set him up)...she got a restraining order on him for that, he spent time in the can, lost his job, home, money, ...life...she finally admitted she made it up...she ended up doing time...very minimal time. -
2018-08-02 at 8:14 PM UTCWhat types of protective orders are available?
In Texas, there are three types of orders of protection based on family violence:
Temporary ex parte protective order;
Final (permanent) protective order; and
Magistrate's order of emergency protection (what most people call an emergency protective order).
The first two orders are issued by the civil court upon your application. The abuser does not have to be arrested for you to get one of these orders. The third order is issued by the criminal court after the abuser is arrested
..there, simplez. -

LMAO...but were they insane like Matt...since he won't give any facts they must be doozies. My friend experienced something similar to 1. I know a kid who actually got a restraining order against his parents through his new foster parents...a drunk male and crazy wife. Lol. -

This probably applies to Matt unless he gives his side...once you start fantasizing about rape and hating all women who reject you there is a serious problem. -

Friend number two should never have been convicted of rape. shame on the judge or jury. His ex who set him up should have gotten a minimum of 5 years in prison for that... -

By your own account....these women filed for an RO.......probably got an order of protection...unless Texas law is very different from every other state, no RO without evidence brought during a court appearance.....
As stated. Most jobs run yearly CORI reports on their employees....unless they’re really low paying minimum wage or under the table employment....an RO would show up on a CORI
this would certainly impact employment
I’m not sayin bitches ain’t crazy.....I’m saying unsubstantiated accusations alone will NEVER result in a RO.....the woman in the first example probably looked like she had been beat up....(that’s evidence.....until it was proven a lie
The woman in the second case must have had a rape kit done.....rape is a serious allegation and again, without evidence they’re not just buying these stories -

You yourself posted you had 3 active restraining orders on you at the end of DH....you bragged about being found guilty on the third one saying that made three active RO’s
So you lying now, or was it bs then?
Personally I think everything you post is bs.....however clearly something doesn’t add up -
2018-08-02 at 9:53 PM UTCYou people really need to invest in your own real life drama and stay out of peoples personal lives that you will never meet. Go talk to the TV, a Book, A movie ... That would be a more acceptable outlet for your own issues.
What kind of human being considers themselves to be justified (for years and years) to bash, belittle, stalk, pressure, or any of this online bully tactic bullshit, because someone online in their opinion is INSANE, retarded, mentally challenged, a drug addict, fat, old, or an alcoholic ... and any other challenge besides being "perfect" in their eyes.
The most evil of evil that is who .... Those who behave this way on a daily basis are FAR Less of a human being than those they bully ..
