Best DAC/Amp for the HD650 (Tubefags and audioqueers need not apply)

   I want to know the best that is actually reasonably priced and not snake oil bullshit.
   Would a receiver for speakers, say Klipsch be capable of driving the HD650s (or similar cans), I usually prefer that option since I can tweak the bass and treble (doing it on the pc is garbage).

   not sure about a specific model though, I have a few but mostly for IEMs. I have the current gen X3 (had the original but it went in a storm drain), very happy with it. I also have an E11 amp (not really necessary with the X3 but pairs well with phone) but I don't think the output is high enough for your headphones, it's designed for IEMs.
