Yes. Rape is common among animals, and some engage in sex with the younger members of the species. Incest happens as well. Cannibalism also occurs. And homosexuality. A lot of the behaviours shown by humans are shown in the animal kingdom. Necrophillia (having sex with dead animals) happens as well. I read awhile ago about a duck that was chasing another duck (trying to have sex with it). The duck flew into a wall and died, but the other duck didn't stop. It tried to have sex with the dead duck. There was a great image in the article of the duck humping the dead one. Interspecies sex is also fairly common. There was a case of an orangutan that tried to rape a woman (human woman). Apparently they knew it was trying to rape her as they could tell by its 'erect penis' :mmm:

2018-04-25 at 6:29 PM UTCBut the difference is the animal thinks the rapee is still alive, not dead, whereas a human would know if its subject was dead or not. Humans are sentient, whereas animals are not as sentient. When an animal tries to fuck a human, it thinks the human is its own kind, but the human would be sentient enough to know that's not the case.

There is no threshold that makes us greater than the sum of our parts. No inflection point at which we become fully alive. We cannot define consciousness, because consciousness does not exist. Humans fancy that there’s something special about the way we perceive the world, and yet we live our lives in loops - seldom questioning our choices, content for the most part to be told what to do next. -

case in point : do you know that cats knead around people, other inanimate objects and each other to facilitate the spread of cat lice ??? this cat behavior had actually been programmed into cats by their parasites and was not a native cat behavior.
.
this just in :A new study has found a link between a parasite in cat feces and entrepreneurial behavior.
Humans can be infected with Toxoplasma gondii if they come into contact with cat feces or contaminated products, but most people do not show any symptoms.
Researchers found that students with toxoplasmosis were 1.4 times more likely to be a business major than those who weren't.
Among professionals who attended entrepreneurship events, those who tested positive for the parasite were 1.8 times more likely to have started a company.
