   From my understabding, XSS attacks are only good if you link a victim to it. So, even though this is a security hole, it's not very significant. Still cool though, that it's on the NSA's site.

   It is dependent on the type of payload IIRC, but yeah the funniest aspect of it, is that it's the NSA's site.
