Moving cities and changing the name you go by

   I want my name to be Jack and I think I'm going to move cities and tell everyone that is my name. Has anyone ever done this. One time at a house party I introduced myself to everyone I met with a different name, one girl caught on and thought I was doing something shady but I flirted with her and made out with her and got black out drunk.

   I don't know if I'd be able to stop responding to my old name and start responding to a new one. You can hear your name spoken quietly from across the room, or from outside if you are schizo.
   
   You could keep your name but go by a different spoken name like the hipsters who name their kid "Justin", but it's pronounced joh-STANE.

   be careful... I once went to fort lauderdale and i live in central ohio. I ran into this kid loitering that I went to highschool with. the world is not as big as you would think.
