I do too,, I have a 7 day a week job starting my mushroom biznezz,, I swear to go its probably the trickiest job Ive even ventured into.

anyone can grow mushrooms if they spend 50 to 100 grand on setup,, everything is automated and its almost easy but my operation is hands on 24/7 with a 5,000 startup cost, no experience, no one to call for help,just me and youtube.

I have to take a mushroom and start petri dishes with cultures from the mushroom put em in the dish,, grow a perfect specimen then transfer it to liquid agar that i have to make then transfer it to grain then transfer it to sawdust and keep it happy and free of contamination through all fazes just to get it to produce a mushroom and thats just the first issue ,, after that I have to drive a 24 year old truck all over the state selling to restaurants BUT the chefs are only in and accepting orders from 2 to 4;30 tuesday through friday and that no garontee as some chefs dont always come in early so its hard to make c ontact with all the chefs in a 50 mile radius in one day and I have to deal with trying to scedual all that on top of trying to making the mushrooms ready to pic midweek and they love to be ready on friday saturday and sunday making them worthless on tuesday so dont go ayin I dont have a god damn job ya section 8 lookin white trash ex hooker
