He doesn't know how to properly run an experiment. He has me manipulating way too many variables at one time which will make it nearly impossible to determine cause and effect. I used him merely for his information... now I can properly run my own experiment on my own body.😏🤗

Do an ALCAT N-1 blood food and skin allergy test or similar. Scratch tests are useless and with poor results. Usually it's not the Whey...more likely milk or a cheap dairy bi product used as a common filler if powdered. If in liquid form...more chances it's connected to additives. Check what ingredients are in yours...mainly irriatants, wheat or unusual amino acids. Try
Living Fuel Super Greens instead...antioxidants like Quercetin usually calm allergies. If you still have rashes you either developed a serious allergy to whatever you're eating or drugs you're using or related to something else. Stop everything for 2 weeks and see if it makes a difference. Elimination methods are also bad...poor results.
